Call Record NOW respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website and uses our Apps. This privacy statement provides notice of our information collection practices and of the ways in which your information may be used.
Collection / Use of Information:
Call Record NOW does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information. Call Record NOW does store information about the visitors to our website which may include: IP Addresses, Web Browser information, location, and dates and times of visits, for the purposes of registering, provisioning, troubleshooting, fraud detection, and general operations of the Call Record NOW website and services. Call Record NOW also stores information about the users of our Apps, which may include: IP addresses, device ID’s, dates and times the app was used, and other device specific information. Call Record NOW stores information on all calls that are placed to our verification and recording call-in numbers provided by the Service, including Caller ID information and the dates and times of calls.
Call Record NOW provides the ability to record phone calls, and stores these recordings on our network for customers to download and play using our Apps. Call Record NOW will automatically delete all recordings from our network 30 days after the recording has been made.
Call Record NOW will not disclose, share, transfer, sell or rent any information to any third party or partners without the consent of the customer except as required by subpoena, search warrant or other legal process or in the case where failure to disclose information will lead to imminent harm to the customer or others. This includes information derived from registration and use of the Call Record NOW service.
Call Record NOW will not display or make publicly available, whether through online directories, customer lists or otherwise, the information that is collected.
Call Record NOW will not read, listen to or disclose to any third parties, private e-mail, conversations, or other communications that are transmitted using Call Record NOW services except as required to ensure proper operation of services, as otherwise required or authorized by law, or in the case where failure to disclose information will lead to imminent harm to the customer or others.
Call Record NOW does not require disclosing sensitive information to us for the purposes of using the service. The Call Record NOW website and Apps are protected with the best encryption software in the industry: TLS / SSL. Data that is sent between our App on your device and our network are encrypted, including call recordings. While on a secure page on our website, the lock icon in your Web browsers (such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer) will be shown as locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, indicating information transmitted between you and the Call Record NOW website is encrypted.
Call Record NOW may use any information it collects to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful or fraudulent activity, or activities that threaten the integrity of the Call Record NOW service, our network integrity, or otherwise violate the Call Record NOW Terms and Conditions.
SPAM / SPIT Policy:
Call Record NOW has zero tolerance for Spam and Spam over Internet Telephony (SPIT). Spam and SPIT complaints will be dealt with seriously and may result in your access to Call Record NOW being disabled or blocked.
Call Record NOW does not provide products or services for use or purchase by children. Call Record NOW does not knowingly solicit or collect customer identifiable information from children or teenagers under the age of eighteen. If you believe that a minor has disclosed personally identifiable information to Call Record NOW, please contact us so that the information can be removed.
